Is coaching right for me?

Coaching is a collaborative process and the start of an amazing life adventure. We work together to help get you to where you want to be.

As your coach, it is my job to believe in your dream, even when you don’t think it is possible. I will challenge your thinking so that you can unstick yourself.

It is amazing what happens when you have the right support and accountability from someone who believes in you and your vision.

  • I help you take consistent and tangible actions, so you look through the windscreen and not in your rear view mirror.

  • You will create your own unique vision for life, setting the goals you want to work towards. 

Coaching is different from other interventions because it focuses on the present and future, putting you firmly in charge of it. We don't deeply explore the past. Instead, we use it to help you understand what is going on in the present and help you move forward.

Coaching Approach

I use a non-directive, intuitive and holistic approach. This approach combines a mix of coaching and counselling skills with a future focus in mind.  

This style of coaching really gets to the heart of the problem and connects you to yourself and your evolving purpose. It helps you to recognise and begin to change the narrative that you have been telling yourself for so many years.

Working with a coach who will hold the space for you to explore and encourage you to feel good about your authentic self is like lying on a beach in the sun and feeling completely at peace. I can then help you work towards your goals in a way that feel good for you.

 

We are not one-dimensional beings, with that in mind there will be many areas of focus throughout the coaching programs which are all intrinsically linked.

3 month signature program

This program focused on self-nurturing to help you love and embrace the person you are. 

The package includes:​

  • 6 Coaching sessions 

  • Ongoing support via email and Messenger throughout the program.

  • Mindfulness exercises and mediations

  • Sessions will be recorded and sent to you for you to review at your leisure

  • Tools & Homework throughout the program

*6 Month program includes 12 coaching in addition to the above

Mentoring

ARE YOU A  COACH?

  • Have you recently signed up for a coaching course and have no idea where you are heading?

  • Maybe you are are someone that has been coaching a while and taken a break and looking to get back into the field.

  • Do you love coaching but are completely overwhelmed by the business side of things?

It can be great to work with someone who has been where you are and help give you some guidance and the benefit of their own wisdom.

I can help guide and mentor you to where you want to be.

The workshops are all designed to be interactive and fun. Enabling you to leave the session with a new awareness and insights into your own wellbeing.

These are condensed versions of the workshops and are aimed at bringing awareness.

They are great if you are new to the world of personal development and want to get an introduction to coaching and developing yourself. These Web Classes offer great value in a short time.
